The official directory is updated from FedACH and Fedwire systems. Always verify whether you need ACH, domestic-wire or another set of instructions.

On a standard U.S. check, the routing number is the nine-digit sequence at the lower left. Online banking may display separate instructions for ACH transfers and domestic or international wires.
